Turkish Competitive Telco Operators Association "TELKODER" is fully supporting liberalization and free competition to create the best and the cheapest Telecommunication Services in Turkey for the benefit of end users and targeting to make Turkiye as an important international Telecommunication hub in the world.
In order to achieve these targets;
- Issuing new licenses and authorizations must speed up
- Incumbent Operators' abusements of dominant position must be controlled
- Interconnection issues must be resolved
- In order to realize free competition and cost effective telecommunication services, permissions to built Telecommunication infrastructure must be issued.
- VOIP must be freed
- Date of complete Telecommunication liberalization in Turkey must be earlier than January1st, 2004 ![]()
